Dessert Crepes

Can do these also for breakfast..for a dessert I drizzle chocolate sauce over filled crepes.

Ingredients
- Filling:
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest or orange zest
- pinch ground nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together in large bowl until smooth.
Heat medium skillet. grease pan with a little butter or oil applied with a brush or paper towel.
Spoon 3 Tbsp batter into pan. Tilt pan until evenly coated. Cook 1-2 minutes per side..remove and serve immediately use filling or sugared fruit and whip cream.
