- 2 Pkgs - Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1 Cup – Powdered (or Granulated) Sugar
- 1 Lg. Tub – Cool Whip
- 3 Loaf size – Angel Food Cakes
- 2 Cans – Cherry Pie Filling (or other fruit)
Whip cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add Cool Whip, mix well. Set aside. In a large bowl, tear cake into pieces, quarter to golf ball size. Stir in whipped mixture until cake pieces are coated. Press lightly into large cake pan. Cover with pie filling. Chill. Also, the recipe is easy to adjust for a smaller group.
