Ingredients
- Toppings:
- l bag of hash browns (32oz)
- I can cream of potatoes soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 small 8oz light sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sprinkle parsley flakes and paprika over the top to help brown.

Step 1
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours covered and uncover at the end to help brown the top of the hash browns.
