- 12 slices Bacon - crispy fried and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese (4oz.)
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onions
- 5 Eggs
- 2 cups Light Cream
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Step 1
Prepare Pastry -
Sprinkle Bacon, cheese, onion in pastry-lined pie slate.
Beat eggs slightly.
Beat in remaining ingredients
Pour egg mixture in pie slate
Cook uncovered on 425 for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 325 for 55-60 mins.
