Ingredients
- 5 Eggs
- 3/4 Suger
- 1 Tsp vanilla
- 3 Cups milk
- 2 1/2 tbs brown butter

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 3 ingredients
Add milk
Sprinkle about 3 handfuls of coconut on bottom of pie shell. Add mixture & sprinkle more coconut. Top w/brown butter.
Bake at 400 for 1/2 hour or until it jiggles like jello
