Ingredients

  • 5

    Eggs

  • ¾

    Suger

  • 1

    Tsp vanilla

  • 3

    Cups milk

  • tbs brown butter

Directions

Mix first 3 ingredients Add milk Sprinkle about 3 handfuls of coconut on bottom of pie shell. Add mixture & sprinkle more coconut. Top w/brown butter. Bake at 400 for 1/2 hour or until it jiggles like jello
