Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. (3 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 20 oz. Crushed Pineapple, juice drained and 1 cup reserved
- 2 ripe bananas (mashed to make 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, pineapple juice, eggs and oil in large bowl with mixer for 2 minutes or until blended. Add crushed pineapple, bananas and nuts. Mix until just blended.
Pour into 5 mini loaf pans sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool Completely.
Drizzle:
Soften 2 oz. cream cheese. Mix with 1 Tbls. milk and ½ cup powdered sugar. Drizzle over cooled loaves.
Variation:
Omit cinnamon and replace bananas with 1 cup chopped maraschino cherries.
