Peanut Butter Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 3/4 c. peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
- 3 T packed dark brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. milk chocolate and peanut butter morsels
- Graham cracker sticks or apples

Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and brown sugar in bowl until blended. Spoon onto large piece of plastic wrap. Bring up all four corners and twist tightly into a ball. Freeze 1 1/2 hours or until firm. Place morsels in bowl and after you remove plastic fro ball, roll in morsels to cover completely. Place ball on serving dish and freeze 2 hours of until firm. Serve with graham cracker sticks or apples.
NOTE: Can be made ahead and frozen overnight. If frozen overnight thaw at room temperature 20-30 minutes prior to serving.
