    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)

  • 1

    c. powdered sugar

  • ¾

    c. peanut butter (smooth or chunky)

  • 3

    T packed dark brown sugar

  • c. milk chocolate and peanut butter morsels

  • Graham cracker sticks or apples


Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and brown sugar in bowl until blended. Spoon onto large piece of plastic wrap. Bring up all four corners and twist tightly into a ball. Freeze 1 1/2 hours or until firm. Place morsels in bowl and after you remove plastic fro ball, roll in morsels to cover completely. Place ball on serving dish and freeze 2 hours of until firm. Serve with graham cracker sticks or apples. NOTE: Can be made ahead and frozen overnight. If frozen overnight thaw at room temperature 20-30 minutes prior to serving.
