Ingredients
- 4 (8 ounce) fish fillets like red snapper
- salt and pepper
- 8 ounces creme fraiche
- 3 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoon minced shallots
- 2 teaspoons drained capers
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425*
In a baking dish lay out the fish.
Combine all the incredients in a small bowl and spread over the fish. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
