Ingredients
- 16 oz. Elbow Macaroni
- 2-16oz. blocks of Colby Cheese
- 2 1/2 cups of Milk
- Butter
- 3 qt. glass baking dish

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the macaroni according to package.
Butter the entire baking dish.
Cut all the cheese into 1/8" slices.
Line bottom and sides of pan with a layer of cheese.
Put in 1/2 of cooked macaroni
Put in another layer of cheese.
Put in the other 1/2 of the cooked macaroni.
Cut 6-8 little chunks of butter and dot them around various spots .
Pour in milk.
Put on final layer of cheese.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
