Ingredients
- 11 1/2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
- 24 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 4 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Preparation
Step 1
In the bowl of a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip the butter and cream cheese on high speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
Turn the mixer on medium-low, and slowly add the powdered sugar, vanilla, and almond extract.
Once the ingredients are all incorporated, turn the mixer to high, and beat for 1 additional minute.
