Pork Chops with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c teriyaki marinade, divided
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 can(20oz) DOlE Pineapple chunks, drained, diced
  • 1/3 c finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 T chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalepeno,seeded, finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Pour 1/4c marinade overr pork chops in sealable plastic bag.
marinate in fridge 30min
combine 1/4c marinade with remaining ingredients to create salsa, let stand at room temp up to 1hr
remove pork chops from bag, discard marinade
grill 10 min, turning and brushing with remaining marinade until no longer pink, discard marinade
serve with pineapple salsa
