Peanut Butter Bites

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/4 cup flour
• 3/4 tsp soda
• 1 bag miniature resee's pb cups

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together first 6 ingredients, then add flour and soda. Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour, then roll into 1 inch balls. Place into mini muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Press a mini pb cup into each while it is hot.
