- 8 chicken thighs boneless and skinless.2 tbspns flour,1/2 tsp salt,1/4 tspn salt,1/4 tsp pepper. 2 tbspns veg.oil. 1 tsp.Italian herb seasoning, bottle spicy tomato sauce,1 can tomato soup,2 celery stalks,fresh mushrooms.
Toss chicken with flour,salt and pepper. Brown in lge batches 5 min.on each side. set aside Saute celery and mushrooms. Heat sauce and add chicken,celery and mushrooms. Reduce heat and simmer til thickens, about 30 minutes. Serve over garlic spaghetti.
