Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 1/2 c evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

In top of a double boiler, melt chocolate over hot but not boiling water. Gradually stir in evaporated milk and, if a thinner sauce is desired, 1/4 cup water. Stir over hot water until sauce is smooth and fully blended.
