Ingredients

  • Potatoes (1 per person)
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cut potatoes into slices of desired thinness. After they have soaked 1 hour in cold water, as above, drain and plunge into boiling water for just 1 minute. Drain, blot completely dry, and proceed as with French Fries.
