- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or fresh garlic,chopped
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Step 1
Combine all the spices together. Than rub a pork roast with theses spices, and if you can cover and let sit in fridge overnight. Cook in a slow cooker on high for 4 hours. Do not add water. Remove broth. Let roast rest covered for 30-45 min in crock pot. The meat should just fall off the bone. Your ready to eat with buns, salad and bbq sauce if you wish.
