Ingredients

  • For Simple Syrup:
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • For Mocktail:
  • 1/2 ounce ginger juice
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 ounce lime juice.
  • San Pellegrino Pompelmo
  • half moon of grapefruit, for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

To Make Simple Syrup:
In a saucepan, simmer water with sugar until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool.

To Make Mocktail:
In a highball glass filled halfway with ice cubes, combine ginger juice, 1/4 ounce simple syrup and lime juice. Top off with San Pellegrino Pompelmo. Garnish with grapefruit.
