Self-Rising Flour

Many British baking recipes calls for self-rising flour. I don't keep that on hand (I only used unbleached flour) so I found this quick self-made version

Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients; store in tightly covered can or jar. Use in any recipe calling for self-rising flour.
Makes 1 pound of self-rising flour.
