C water 1 tsp vanilla

C buttermilk

Cake: Stir flour, sugar, and cocoa together. Combine margarine, water, and oil in saucepan, and bring to a boil. Pour mixture over flour mixture. Combine buttermilk with soda until soda is dissolved and then stir in eggs and vanilla. Add this buttermilk mixture to above mixture and beat well. Bake in 11 x 16 pan for 20 min. @ 400 Icing: Heat margarine and milk - mix well with remaining ingredients and spread on cake
