Aunt Susie's Chicken and Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 tbsp oil from sun dried tomatoes
- 6 cloves garlic, finely sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup dry white wine, such as sauvignon blanc
- 1 cup sun dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 15-20 basil leaves, fresh torn
- 2 cups cooked penne pasta

Preparation
Step 1
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and saute until golden brown, but not cooked through. Take out chicken.
2. Add garlic and stir until you can just smell garlic.
3. Add wine, cream, and tomatoes and bring to a boil, scraping up brown bits off bottom of pan. Add chicken and juices back to pan. Cover and reduce to medium-low heat, simmer until cooked through.
4. Add basil to sauce, increase heat to boil until sauce thick enough to coat spoon. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Stir in cooked pasta and serve.
