Ingredients

  • 4 green onions, thin sliced
  • 1/4 c chopped celery
  • 1/2 c chopped green pepper
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 clove minced garlic11 can (16 oz) whole tomatoes, drained & chopped
  • 1 6 ox can tomato paste
  • tsp salt
  • 2 t dried parsley
  • 1/4 t cayenne pepper
  • 1 10 oz pkg cooked shrimp

Step 1

In 2 qt microproof casserole combine onions, celery, green pepper, butter and garlic. Cook covered for 3" or onions are transparent. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook covered 80% ower 6-7" or hot. Let stand covered 5" before serving over beds of rice.
