Gorgonzola Cheese Grits

  • 2 (14 1/2 oz) cans fat free, less sodium chicken broth
  • 3/4 c. uncooked quick grits
  • 1 c. (4oz.) crumbles gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/3 c. fat free sour cream
  • 1/4 t. ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 t. ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Bring the broth to a boil in a medium saucepan, gradually add grits, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low; simmer, covered, for 5 minutes or until thick, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients.
