Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 tablespoons fat
- 1 #2 can (2&1/2 cups) tomatoes
- 2 6oz. cans tomato paste
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbl. sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- SPICES: Basil, Oregano, Thyme, Marjoram, Rosemary (amount to be determined by your taste)
- 3/4 pound ground beef

Step 1
Brown meat and onions; add tomatoes and tomato paste, water and seasonings. Cook slowly for 1 hour.
