Ingredients
- 1/2 red wine vinegar
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c extra virgin olive oil

Whisk together first three ingredients. Slowly add oil, whisking constantly until emulsified. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
