Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 1/2 cup plum jam
- lemon slices for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Brown chops and combine salt, ginger, cardamom, sherry and jam. Pour over the chops. Add lemon slices.
Cover the pan and let simmer 30 minutes or until tender.
