- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t Italian seasoning
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T butter
- 1 C fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 C Marsala wine
