Bacon, Egg and Cheese Ring

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 5 large eggs, scrambled
  • 1 cup shredded Colby and Monterey jack cheese
  • 8 slices bacon,cooked
  • 1 tsp season salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375*.

Scramble eggs on stove top. Lay out crescent rolls on parchment lined pizza pan in star formation. (longer sides of each on inside with pointed ends pointing out)

Place cooked bacon around inside center of ring. Top with 1/3 cup cheese, eggs, season salt and remaining cheese.

Fold tops of each crescent over filling and join in center of ring. Press all points i center down to seal.

Bake 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
