CRUNCHY CHEESE BALL

Ingredients

• 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 c mayo
• 2 c ground cooked ham
• 2 T chopped parsley
• 1 t minced onion
• 1/4 t dry mustard
• 1/4 t chopped peanuts or pistachios

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese and mayo until smooth. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Cover and chill several hours. Form into ball, roll in nuts to coat.
