Ingredients
- 2 cans cream style corn
- 1 c. Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, separated
- dash of garlic powder or garlic salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except 1 cup cheese. Put in casserole and sprinkle second cup of cheese on top. Bake in preheated oven, 350 degrees, for 45-50 minutes.
