gluten free "trail mix" yogurt

Ingredients

  • 6 oz plain organic Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tb pomegranate or acai juice (I did not have so just omitted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • fresh or frozen blueberries
  • cherries, raspberries, strawberries if desired
  • 2 Tb coconut flakes
  • 6 almonds (I use Menard nut mix)

Combine all, and enjoy!
