Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (4-5 oz each)
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 C panko bread crumbs
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp minced lemon zest
- 2 TBL fresh lemon juice
- 2 TBL honey
- 2 tsp tabasco sauce
- 2 tsp olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
SEASON chicken w/ S&P
stir together panko, garlic & oregano
place in shallow dish
dredge both sides of chicken in panko mixture
WHISK together zest, lemon juice, honey & tabasco
HEAT oil in nonstick skillet over med
add chicken & saute until browned on both sides & cooked through -abt 6 min. per side
transfer chicken to plate
ADD lemon juice mixture to skillet
reduce until syrupy - abt. 1 min.
return chicken to skillet flipping them to coat in glaze
