MOM’S CHOCOLATE COOKIES
- 1 package of super moist milk chocolate cake mix
- 1 8 oz. package of softened cream cheese
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 egg
- 1 TBS. of vanilla or mint extract
- confectioners sugar
Beat cream cheese and butter; add 1 egg and beat again. Now add cake mix and mix again. Form a large ball, place in plastic wrap and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours.
Rub a little oil on your hands and form little balls and roll each in confectioners sugar. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes (until firm).
