Ingredients
- 1/2 potato
- 1/2 onion sliced
- Green pepper (any amount) to taste
- 1/4 cup frozen peas or vegetables of your choice
- 1/4 pound *Drier's* smoked sausage
- olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- Spices of your choice
- Herbs...any kind..be creative
Preparation
Step 1
Brown potatoes (sliced or cubed) and onions in oil. Add green peppers and sausage (sliced or cubed). Cover and simmer until sausage is warmed through.
Add peas; cover and simmer until all vegetables are cooked to your liking. Add any herbs and spices as you are adding vegetables and meat.
