Cream Spinach

Ingredients

• 2 boxes chopped spinach thawed and drained
• 2 eggs beaten
• cream of mushroom soup
• 1 medium chopped onion
• cheddar cheese
• 2/3 cup Miracle Whip
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 2 tsp melted margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix eggs, soup, onion, miracle whip, and cheese with spinach. Spoon into dish. Mix margarine and bread crumbs. Spoon over spinach. Bake at 350 for 45-50 mins.
