Preparation

Step 1

Combine cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and Tabasco sauce. Mix to a paste. Refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to blend. Turn wonton skin towards you to form a diamond. Place a small amount of filling on the side nearest you. Fold wonton over to form a triangle. Seal edges with water and press edges together. Place wontons on an ungreased baking sheet, not touching. Place in freezer until firm (1-2 hours). When ready to fry, fill wok with oil to a 3 inch center depth. Heat to 375*. Fry wontons in hot oil until nicely browned on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm. May be made ahead and reheated in a 375* oven.
