Ingredients

  • 4 servings chicken fajita meat
  • 6 T. olive oil
  • 1/2 t. onion powder
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 - 14 oz. cans chicken broth
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 c. bow tie pasta & veggies
  • 1 t. creole seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a 4 quart pot. Saute chicken until cooked thoroughly. Transfer chicken to a bowl and set aside. Add 4 tablespoons olive oil to the 4 quart pot and heat. Stir in flour and cook for a minute. Stir in chicken broth and milk. Add pasta, seasonings and chicken. Cover and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
