Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 lb butter, melted
- 8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 lbs diced potatoes
- 1 cup crushed Crispix cereal

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Stir together first five ingredients and then add to potatoes. Stir well. Put mixture in a 9x13 pan. Spread crushed Crispix evenly over the top of the mixture. Bake for 75 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
