Cucumber Tomato Avocado Salad

Ingredients

Baby cucumber or seedless cucumber
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Chile powder

Step 1

amount of each ingredient depends on how many cucumbers is being fixed...use only enough lemon/olive oil to coat

Slice a baby cucumber (or seedless) and add lemon juice, olive oil, toss with salt and pepper and sprinkle chile powder on top.
