Ingredients

  • 1 lb, round steak cut into cubes
  • 1 can diced tomatoes undrained (can use my canned tomatoes)
  • 2 med. potatoes cubed
  • 2 med. onions diced
  • 3 celery ribs
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 tsp salt, dried basil, and oregano
  • 1/4 teas pepper
  • 3 cups water 11/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • ( can use beef broth instead of bouillon and water)

Step 1

In 3 qt. crockpot combine first 12 ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 6-8 hours. Add mix vegetables cover and cook 2 hours more.
