large onion, thinly sliced
tsp onion salt
tsp dried oregano
can (8 ounce) tomato sauce)
cup shredded mozzarella cheese
medium zucchini, slice ¼" thick
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Melt the butter and sauce the zucchini and onion until tender. Add the onion salt, oregano, and tomato sauce. Pour the mixture into a 1 1/2 quart shallow casserole. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
