Ingredients
- 2 pads frozen hash browns
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
- 1 10 3/4 oz. can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1/2 c melted butter, divided
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups corn flakes crushed

Step 1
Preheat 350 degree F
Large bowl mix hash browns, sour cream, soups, onion, seasonings & cheese. Add 1/4 cup melted butter to potato mixture. Spread into prepared baking dish.
Combine corn flakes crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter, speared over top of potato casserole.
Bake uncovered 1 hour
