Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 c dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 c minced onions
- 1/4 c milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp snipped parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp worchestershire
- 1/3 c shortening
- 1 bottle Chili Sauce
- 1 10oz jar grape jelly
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 9 ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown meatballs in shortening. Remove meatballs. Pour off fat. Heat chili sauce & jelly, stirring until melted. Add meatballs, stir until thoroughly coated. Simmer 30 min.
