Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce (2X)
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 Thai chile or serrano
- 1 lb ground chicken, perferred thighs or grind thru small plate
- 1/2 c minced shallot
- 1/4 c Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp AP flour
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 head Boston Lettuce

Step 1
Dippings sauce:
Combine 2 tbsp fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, 1/2 chile and 2 tbsp of water. Whisk to blend.
Marinade:
Combine 2 tbsp fish sauce, remaining chile, chicken, shallots, oyster sauce, flour and garlic. Mix well and form in to patties or leave loose. Cook until done, wrap chicken patties/loose into lettuce and top with dipping sauce.
