baking potatoes, cut into ¼ inch slices
cup olive or vegetable oil
teaspoons seasoned salt or garlic salt
black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat potato slices with vegetable oil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Line a baking sheet or roasting pan with parchment paper (or spray with cooking oil). Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown, flipping them over around the half-way point.
