Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork(cut into 2 in cubes)
- 2 T Mexican spice blend
- olive oil
- diced onion
- 2 bell peppers diced
- sliced jalapeno
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 16 oz jar of salsa verde
- 1 bottle of Mexican beer
- 1 T apple cider vinegar
- 1 14 oz can of black beans

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle Mexican spice over pork cubes. Saute in stock pot with olive oil. Brown on all sides and remove from pot.
Add more olive oil and sauté the onion, pepper, garlic, and jalapenos for about 5 minutes. Put the pork back in and add the salsa, beer, vinegar, and black beans. Transfer to slow cooker and cook on low for about 6 hours. When pork is tender shred with fork.
Put in tortillas along with condiments
