Fluffy Lemon Desert

Ingredients

• 1 can evaporated milk
• 1 c sugar
• 1 pkg.(3oz)lemon gelatin
• 1 3/4 c.boiling water
• 1/4 T lemon juice
• 1 c.cool whip
• 1 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Pour evap.milk and mixer beaters into bowl and chill in frig. for 2 hours.
In large bowl dissolve jello and sugar with boiling water. cover and refrigerate until syrupy about 1 1/2 hours. Beat jello mixture until tiny bubbles form. Beat chilled milk until soft peaks form. Fold into jello mixture.After pour into serving dishes.Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.Garnish with cool whip
