Pork Chops and Corn Bread Stuffing

  • 1 can Golden Corn Soup
  • 1 1/2 cups corn bread stuffing
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tea paprika
  • 4 boneless chops ( aprox. 3/4 inch thick)
  • 1 tbl brown sugar
  • 1 tea spicy brown mustard



Step 1

PREHEAT oven to 400*
COMBINE first five ingredients
PLACE in a 9 inch greased pie plate
PRESS chops into stuffing
COMBINE remaining ingredients into a glaze and spoon or brush over chops
BAKE for 30 minutes
