Brussel Sprouts with Soy and Balsamic Vinegar

Brussel Sprouts with Soy and Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 6

    c brussel sprouts thinly sliced

  • 1

    c yellow onion, thinly onion

  • 2

    tbs soy sauce

  • 1

    tbs balsamic vinegar

  • 2

    tbs sesame oil

  • 2

    tbs parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. toss brussel sprouts, onion, soy sauce and sesame oil together in a large bowl until well coated. Spread onto a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 15 mins, or until tender. Remove from oven and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and parmesan cheese on top. Toss and serve.
